Mercuras Group is first and formost a traditional recruitment company. We continue to work with some of the largest organsiations in the APAC region, with an established presence in the UK.

As the needs of our clients have evolved, so too have we. While we continue to successfully recruit for our clients, we have formed several other specialist organisations to address what the market needs.

At our heart, Mercuras is still a recruitment firm, and our consultants are some of the best in the industry. With years of experience, and our proprietary suite of tools, we can better serve the needs of our clients, and faster. If we submit a candidate, they have been vetted and put under a microscope to ensure they are in the top 15% of their niche.

Our family of organisations were each formed with a simple goal; to provide services that make peoples’ working lives easier and better. The Mercuras Group started as a recruitment company working for clients in the traditional contingent recruitment model. As we grew to understand, really understand, what our clients needed; we adapted.

We formed Mercuras Consulting to work with start-ups to lend our experience and expertise in creating cutting-edge Talent Acquisition strategies. We then formed MercSec to provide depth and substance exclusively within the information security community. We then joined with Optume to work with them to add a stronger value to the Management Consulting industry. Finally Waterstone Profiles was started to provide outplacement when our clients needed to restructure, but cared about their employees.
